The hotel is situated right beside a shopping mall and a park which is a plus point. the rooms are decent with clean bathrooms. Breakfast is nice, with varied options including different breads and cakes to choose from.
The service from the staff at the reception is a let-down. They seem to lack empathy and often come off as unhelpful and sometimes rude.

Over Easter, I stayed at a comfortable hotel close to a shopping mall and park. There were two great facts about the hotel that I absolutely loved - the location was perfect and the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel's proximity to the mall made it really easy for me to do some shopping. walking around the park was a delightful experience. Lastly, the breakfast was a treat with an amazing spread of bread and cakes that I couldn't resist.
